Timely jurisdictional permitting for INOVA’s new, 26,725 sq. ft., HealthPlex facility in Ashburn, VA.

The Response

MSC worked as the prime liaison between Fairfax County and Lincoln Property Company to ensure the entire review process was seamless. This processing occurred concurrently with the site plan.

THE RESULT

We provided separate packaging for each the garage and apartment building and with the benefit of modified processing, were able to secure a footing to grade permit as well so that construction could kick off before completion of the main building permit. MSC was instrumental in this process to ensure the project stayed on-schedule.
